“It was clean and in good repair. One thing that really torques me is bad condition. Like anchors coming out of the wall holding a towel rack, or wallpaper curling up. Loose toilet seats. Loose handles and such in general that just takes 5 minutes to turn an allen set screw. Holiday Inn Express rooms are consistently in good repair. All of those things I’ve listed I’ve seen at other hotels. ”
